Yes... but we are all experienced Delphi developers who only need to look things up occasionally. Furthermore the sorts of things we want to look up are often beyond the normal levels of a help file.
However we have new programmers coming on every so often and they rely on the help file to learn the VCL classes/functions. The Delphi 5 help file is actually pretty good at this sort of stuff. It sounds like the Delphi 2007 file is pitiful. I'm REALLY not looking forward to telling new employees that their IDE doesn't have any useful help on it and they should run the Delphi 7 version... This isn't a situation Codegear should be happy with. I don't know the full extent of the problem as I don't use Delphi 2005-2007 but if it is bad as people say then it is disgraceful. All in my opinion of course.
