I dont "expect" anything but all the info you generally want is out
there (hence the comments about google)
The point is by making the help system closed they give no method for
user improvement in an area where
user input would be invaluable, i mean look at the php help online

When you buy a product from a company do you expect to have to write
the help files for said product as well?
The argument is that people pay serious $$$ for these products. Why
should they also have to write the help files for them. The "loyal"
users tag eventually wears thin.
