Lorks! Jolyon - that was not my intention at all - I simply scanned the room for someone involved in the list and you were the only one I could see who was. It was not at all intended to be malign, and I must say I am completely shocked that you were offended by it. I was also simply pointing out the existence of the list as I had been asked to do.
Jolyon was not problematic in the launch and has never been problematic in launches - but Malcolm had been looking forward to meeting you he told me afterwards but it slipped his mind to ask after you, and you never came up.
