I have used Indy only for mail and ftp so far. What I need to do is open a tcp port and send it a string.
I cant even figure out which component to use, let alone what methods. Seems that the whole caboodle is too far up the food chain. Also with so many variations between versions, the stuff I have googled makes no sense at all. I am trying to use D2007, I can use D2010 if required.
