Robert, Do you run GExperts? On my Vista box any DLL Expert that calls the RegisterWizard OTAPI causes an exception on shutdown.
It isn't only GExperts, but that is the most readily available wizard that does register a custom wizard. IMO Delphi 2007 craps all over any previous Delphi release.
