Yes, I'm have GExperts running on my Vista box and have never had any trouble such as you mentioned below. I DO have a problem with the Code Beautifier 2 add-on however. I get my Menu on the Delphi toolbar, it shows as loaded, but there are no menu items available or any other way of accessing it's abilities.

It isn't only GExperts, but that is the most readily available wizard that does register a custom wizard. IMO Delphi 2007 craps all over any previous Delphi release.
