Actually after 4 patches released and lots of bugs that made Delphi
unusable, I think that the quality control is inexistent.

Delphi programmers are in great disadvantage as the community is really
small and jobs are hard to find. Therefore Delphi must offer something
at least 3 times better then its competitors to compensate.

Unfortunately, until now, every time when Borland was closed to release
enough patches to make a version stable, it give up on it an released a
new version asking for new and leaving the old one unfinished.

However, for the firs time in 7 years, Delphi is close to be what it was
in the past. I think I will try it again with the new patch.
