It tells you that you are using a unit specific to the platform you are
using. That sound clear to me.

The compiler doesn't know you intend to port your code to .NET or Kylix. So
it can only warn you about the fact that you use a unit specific to the
platform you are currently using to build the project (D2007 support Win32
and .NET).
