In a JOB ad on the other hand [sic]… almost certainly refers to "digital 
media", i.e. digital photos, video, audio etc, presumably to ensure they don't 
get applications from people who still have a bathroom that converts to a dark 
room and for whom video editing still involves scissors and glue, as opposed to 
a Mac with Photoshop and Adobe Premier
