I still maintain a Delphi museum: All versions of Delphi from 1.0 thru to
XE5.  The only one missing is Delphi 8 and 2005 (the .NOT [sic] releases).

w.r.t donating unused versions, if the current version you use was licensed
as an upgrade to an older version, the fact that you no longer use that
older version doesn't alter the fact that your current licensed version is
only licensed on the basis of the license for the older version so if you
give up that original license, the validity of your upgrade licenses
becomes doubtful.

You can apply to transfer licenses, but it's far from straightforward.
