You're probably right. I just remembered that my Delphi 5 was made in 1999,
so back then it could have been an issue. Still, some backward-compatibility
wouldn't hurt since almost everyone I know still uses Pentium I or something
with <800 MHz.

Anyway,

I think this decides for me, it's a good thing I wasn't using threads. I'm
over that problem, now I'm writing the AI parts of the enemy space ships :)
