What is the error? You do need the Delphi 8 compiler on the machine, yes (unless you deploy compiled ASPs only) - I'm not sure what the redist license is (I'm sure it isn't a problem). For assemblies you shouldn't have a problem.

Ok, heres my first Delphi 8 Question. I installed D8 on my machine, and decided to make an ASP.NET app. based on what I found in a help file. I then went to another machine that I have IIS installed on (its our intranet development machine....well ok, its really our Medal of Honour server..hehehe) and installed the .Net stuuf, the J# redist stuff, the .Net redist, and .Net SDK. I then created the project on that server etc, made the project, put the code in etc, but I cant run it. Do I need to have Delphi 8 installed on the machine with IIS on it? or am Imissing something else? _______________________________________________ Delphi mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://ns3.123.co.nz/mailman/listinfo/delphi
