Thanks for the info.

The test data that I quickly grabbed has a 1.8gb file in it - and that's
considered medium-large.  Unfortunatly that seems to rule LHA out.  So i've
started testing abbrevia (orginally from TurboPower).

Currently hunting thru my PC for a > 2GB file.
