Have
you updated any components (your own or third party's).
This
is telling you that there is a number stored in the DFM that is too big for the
variable that takes it, so you may have changed an unsigned integer to an
integer or something like that.
In my
experience componente hardly ever get deleted when you see errors like
this.
The
best plan is to copy the project. Let delphi make the changes then compare the
dfm files. You will then see what has changed.

Subject: [DUG] Range check error loading formsThere are several forms in a Delphi project I am working on. Everything worked fine, then all of the sudden today I get an error when I try to bring up the form in the Delphi (6.0) IDE.
The Error reads: Error Reading Form (in the title bar)
Range check error. Ignore the error and continue? NOTE:
Ignoring the error may cause components to be deleted or
Property values to be lost.
I do not believe I made (or saved) any changes that may cause this.
Can any body help me?
Thank you,
Eric
