I wonder what it tells them?

I generally have the current Delphi version installed on 2 or 3 machines (eg
Desktop, plus laptop). And I would change at least one of those machines
each year, hence I have to re-register at least 1 of the version each year,
if not 2 of them.

Since there is no way to uninstall a licence and install it back on another
machine, the number does not make much sense.

Perahps if they get 30 registrations of the same license, then they know
they have an issue.
Over the lifetime of a single Delphi version I would probably have to
register between 3 & 7 times.

Thanks, but that's only the EULA, it doesn't tell me how the D8 License
Manager utility works or licensing for Delphi 8 in general.

There should be a file called license.txt in the Delphi8 directory (if
it is similar to D7)
