What OS are you using? XP, 2000 ....

Have you tried going to Express and selecting export to a file that you
can then import. Just incase you are looking into the wrong folder.

Favourites is sometimes a hidden folder.

Under XP it is "C:\Documents and Settings\<USER NAME>\Favorites"
