What do others do?
Forget sending an attachment, I do what most people seem to be
recommending and that is send a hyperlink. Then you can just give the
instructions, click on the link, click run (or open), click run (or
open) again, keep clicking next, install, finish.
You can probably avoid the clicking of next by changing the setup script
(maybe anything at all although I haven't tried this).
