Yes, doing mostly .NET stuff these days, but still keeping a close eye on the DUG and generally a bit excited about the new turbo releases coming up (still fondly remember turbo pascal) :-) It's funny, because the license below explicitly states "...with the following single exception..." - referring to the making of backup copies. In other words, there is no other exception (just the one) and therefore one could deduce that selling would be permitted, since selling of second hand books is generally permitted (afaik). I have to agree, a non-transferable license seems ridiculous to me. I know of a couple of NZ companies that have bought second hand copies of Delphi, in NZ and from overseas, and have been able to register them with Borland NZ without any problems after supplying a proof of purchase.
