Hi! I'm terribly sorry about the delay. Deluge 1.3.5 is indeed work via
proxy with:
libtorrent-rasterbar-0.15.9
py27-libtorrent-rasterbar-0.15.9
and ignores the proxy settings with
libtorrent-rasterbar-0.16.x
py27-libtorrent-rasterbar-0.16.x
So it's looks like libtorrent is the culprit. Dunno if it's an regression
or some api change.
