Seen this in 0.9.5rc5 and earlier rc.
When you create a custom layout in Score Layout it is shown with all the
button etc.
When you save the file, close down Denemo and then open up Denemo again with
the same file, the custom layout is just displayed as Lilypond Text.
I assume it should still be the buttons etc at least until you press the
"Convert to LilyPond Text" button.
