This is very disappointing news - I chose translationproject.org simply because LilyPond used it, and I presume this is our best achievement in this area (our = the free software community). I can understand your frustration, translating Denemo is a significant amount of work. I can understand what translationproject.org is trying to achieve, but it is disappointing to hear that the process does not always work smoothly. I think I sensible response to this situation will be to keep not-yet-official translations in our git repository and push to get them made official before release, as long as the not-yet-official translation does come from someone registered with translationproject.org. (To avoid spammers submitting "translations" that are actually spam). If no-one raises objections to this I will go ahead. (BTW you still did not say what response the robot gives when you submit your file???)
