What I *did* find looking at this was a bug in percent repeats: very
obscure, but if you create your selection of the music to be repeated
off to the end of the piece (into the appending position) and then ask
for a percent repeat you get a mangled display and one note missed out
of the percent repeat.
You have to select *only* the notes stopping before the appending
position. I've fixed this now and the fix will be in tomorrow's builds.
