I'm wondering what are your thoughts on running Ray on error corrected pacbio reads?
I know an overlap based assembler works well (Mira, Celera), but do you think Ray could work just as well? I already ran celera with good results, but it took awhile. I'll try it out anyways, but I just wanted your impression.
