Hello, The individual output taxonomy files at the various levels (order, class etc) are nice. We would like to visualize the full taxonomic profiles with Krona. Would it be possible to generate an abundance table with full taxonomic ranks for each abundance, similar to a plain OTU file or the output of MetaPhlan? These could then be imported to Krona.
