Hi Don, I am no longer working on Ray or RayPlatform as I moved to a new project called Spate. An post was made on the mailing list here: http://blog.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.ray-genome-assembler/month=20140801 Spate is designed from the start for many-core (we are looking forward for Knights Landing).
