Dear Ray Developers,
Thank you for contributing this useful piece of software.
I have attempted to assign taxonomy as shown in the instructions, but
running the script CreateRayInputStructures.sh fails because this url
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/genomes/Bacteria/all.fna.tar.gz does not exist at
the ncbi FTP any more.
Do you have a suggestion for what to replace it with?
