Umm... just the same instructions... No instruction as to how or where I
will get the missing file.
I tried to point it to the "extracted" folder instead since that's where the
said file is located, but once it runs, hangs up and I have to terminate it.

It should be in /usr/bin; how did you install it, source or rpm?
