The file is installed when you run "python setup.py install", in case you
installed form source.  I don't know how the rpm installation goes.

If you installed form source, then check if there were any error messages while
running the command, if there were permission problems or something else that's
the place where they show up.  You can also see in the output where things get
installed.

If you have the tarball, the file is inside.  When you extract the tarball the
file will be in the extracted folder, but it is moved at install time... perhaps
you are looking at the wrong name, it is "denyhosts.py", all lower case (not
like the capitalized directory).
