Well, my hope is to use the command line 'ruper' to allow Gump's to cascade
jars down to other Gumps. As such, I'd use it without the ant tasks. That
said, you didn't ask that did you -- you asked if we'd ever ship a jar
without ant tasks...

I have this PITA habit of being a purist that figures these problems ought
be solvable, so ought be solved. I figure that if we avoid the problem here,
we'll fail to have a separate when we really need one.

But, tell me -- what problems does this cause? Does it force the need for
multi-project builds? Gump or IDE (eclipse) is what I use to build, both of
which cope with this. That said, I don't use Gump locally, just Eclipse,
'cos Gump isn't that easy to run locally (IMHO) and I've not fixed it to be
[although it is close.]

I don't use the ant build myself, but perhaps I should, 'cos some users
could.

As such, I don't mind if you merge, purism be damned & long live
practicallity... ;-)
