Don't get me wrong, I love Avalon, and have been the Avalon chair in probably the most difficult time for Avalon. But I know that Avalon is not well understood by many other projects, and an Avalon repo project would not be used by others IMHO.
Besides, it's not in the scope of Avalon, and Avalon really needs to focus on containers and leave all the rest to others. We know what happened to Avalon when it wanted to do all. -sigh-
