Attaching derby-6213-09-ab-lint1.diff. This patch generifies several packages
and eliminates a couple lint warnings. I am running tests now.
These seemed to be low hanging fruit. I abandoned attempts to generify
org/apache/derby/iapi/jdbc and org/apache/derby/impl/services. They produce
hundreds of generics-related warnings and will have to be tackled in separate
patches.
