Making most of the fixes is very straightforward, but there are some unanswered
questions for the last three items in the initial post:
"What does the parenthesized sentence mean?"
"Not true?"
"Same proviso as above" (it's not clear what "above" refers to here)
So I'm not sure how to make the fixes there. Thanks for any help!
