To be precise, only one image had the tagline, I'd assumed that was an
example tagline, given that there were obvious licencing issues with
"Java" and "Pure Java".

All but one of the images did not include the tagline with the
trademark, so there is nothing stopping us getting some image up on the
site.

+1 on removing the tagline (for now and for ever)
-0 on having a future vote to have or not have a tagline.
+1 on if we have a tagline, that it does not use an existing trademark
unless it's owned by the ASF.
