This will not work as the property has to be passed in as a jvmflags
property. I just tried to pass in jvmflags as a java command-line
property but this did not work either. I think this should work and
over-ride the property in app.properties file. I'll look at this to
check why this is not working.

The property set during build in the test's app.properties file works.
