I have been trying to get a lead on fixing the failure in
ProcedureInTriggerTest from a viewpoint of this failure being caused by the
addition of the v3 of the patch submitted but seem to find these unrelated. A
search on the ProcedureInTriggerTest also reveals that it does not use LOB's.
My feeling is that these failures are unrelated.
Can this patch pls be reconsidered for a commit.
