Thanks for fixing this, Bryan! The changes look good to me,
explanations read well and examples are helpful.
Just one question on the syntax explanations: Would it be better
to collect the syntaxes in one place, since both are productions of the same
non-terminal in the grammar (<table definition> in the std)?
A new section is good for the explanation and examples, but I fear the
alternative syntax may be missed on a cursory reading..
Or you could give the reader a heads up at the top that there are two variants,
perhaps.
