I agree this looks fine now, although I think it would have been even better to
include a description of the USERNAME input argument here as well, as in
rrefgetuseraccess:
USERNAME
An input argument of type VARCHAR(128) that specifies the user ID on the
Derby database.
(I thought the term "on the Derby database" sounded a bit strange when I first
read it, but since English is not my native tongue I am assuming it is correct).
