Thanks for pointing out these issues. In addition to the subject-verb
agreement, the sentence has a long noun string. I tend to limit noun strings to
3 words. So I reworded it.
The SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_GET_USER_ACCESS function returns the
connection access permission that is currently set for the user that you
specify,
and factors in the default connection mode.
I still don't understand the last clause "and factors in the default connection
mode". This really doesn't tell me anything...
