Hi Dyre,
Sorry to confuse you. I was comparing the 10.3 codeline to the 10.2 codeline. I
found that trying to compare 10.4 to 10.2 was more confusing for me because
there's another slug of untranslated messages in 10.4 on top of the 10.3
increment in this patch. So this was my experiment:
1) Apply the patch to 10.3.
2) Compile CheckMessages
3) Edit checkMessages.sql so that the current views point at the patched 10.3
codeline and the previous-rev views point at the 10.2 codeline.
