Attaching derby-3820-01-aa-fixReleaseNotesGenerator.diff. This updates the tool
to accomodate changes which have been made to the format of JIRA reports. In
particular, the xml reports no longer conform to an xml dialect specific to
JIRA, Instead, xml JIRA reports are just generic xhtml documents now. Touches
the following file:
M java/build/org/apache/derbyBuild/ReleaseNotesGenerator.java
