Attaching derby-3820-05-aa-fixReleaseNotesGenerator.diff. This fixes a bug
which caused the release notes generator to pick up attachments which weren't
release notes. Touches the following file:
M java/build/org/apache/derbyBuild/ReleaseNotesGenerator.java
Committed to trunk at subversion revision 688742 and ported to 10.4 branch at
subversion revision 688744.
