I hope to make a lot of progress on DERBY-728. I think all the pieces
should be in place by mid March, but don't think I can enable the
behavior for 10.5 because I don't think the DRDA spec changes will be
approved by that time, so I don't think it belongs on the 10.5 list.
I'm hoping we can enable the behavior for a 10.5 maintenance release.
