The second issue raised by Knut (AbstractMethodError thrown after reloading the
engine) is fixed by my previous submission (the addition of getParentLogger()
to Driver40). It seems that the work on DERBY-2905 has resulted in a Driver40
being registered when you reload the engine. Before the work on DERBY-2905, the
engine reload would re-register AutoloadedDriver.
