I am looking at what issues might be appropriate for backport to both
10.8 and 10.5.
For 10.8 backport candidates I only see 4. I think all of these would
be appropriate for 10.5 as well:

For 10.5, I see these 19 issues. I changed affects version to include
10.5 on the issues where it wasn't marked:

I want to ask for the community help to review these two lists. For the
issues you fixed, if a fix does not seem appropriate for backport,
Please label it with the label(s) derby_backport_reject_10_8 and/or
derby_backport_reject_10_8 as appropriate. Then based on everyone's
input I will open up a backporting issue with the issues linked on Thursday.
Please also let me know if there are issues that maybe missed these
queries for some reason such as affects version not including 10.5. I
reviewed the ones that were fixed in 10.8 but not marked as regressions,
but it is entirely possible I missed some.
