I apologize, Rick. Did ASF obtain a Commodity Classification Request from Dept.
of Commerce for Derby and POI. Both are listed on
http://www.apache.org/licenses/exports/ as Export Control Classification Number
5D002.
How was it determined that export license exception TSU (Technology/Software -
Unrestricted) could be used for the ECCN 5D002?
This is a question for geared toward a legal department most likely.
