Thanks for that clarification, Ann. I don't think that the Derby community can
answer your question about Apache POI. Let's see whether anyone in this
community remembers why ASF determined that 5D002 is the correct classification
for Derby.
That determination might have been made during incubation. Does anyone remember
whether export controls were discussed during incubation?
