concerning your suggestion:
why don't you like the background gradient? and what would you suggest
as replacement for it?

i didn't really understand this:
"but putting some floor's (or even border's) shadows on the document
symbol"

do you mean a shadow for the document symbol? i tried that but didn't
like it, because i think it breaks the "document" style a bit.
