So, you blame the people actively trying to work here for actively trying to work here?
I would rather understand Björn's mail as an support to be critical about the way the work is going on, and with good pointers, from an experienced person, for possible improvements, beneficial for ourselves and the work.
Depending on the circumstance, something like that could be worth more then a dozen designs ;-)
