A couple minor points: we do need a "claim" action that is specific to tickets and will eventually add some other ticket-specific stuff. We will need some distinct actions that are only available to the author such as editing as long as we continue supporting that. We will need to flesh out related designs for moderation level stuff, like approving moderated postings from new users. There's a *private* comment function… the feature set goes deep as we keep going. We should take it one step at a time and only prioritize those elements that substantially effect contributors today, as the focus otherwise needs to be on our core funding mechanism, of course.
