I made a few of variations to compare. I think B works the best because it
doesn't look like you can do anything about it. I greyed the text out, just
like what happens to disabled buttons

If A and C stood alone without the standard checkbox, they may not be as
clear that they're disabled. Is there a reason we're using lightgrey
instead of actual value?
